War classics Cover Image DVD DVD

War classics [videorecording].

Summary:

North star: Ukranian farmers lives are turned upside down when Germany, in disregard of former treaties, takes over the land in an iron-fisted occupation.
Submarine base: It's WWII and the Nazis have just sunk an American ship. Among the people to survive is the ship's engineer, a one-time New York cop. He is rescued by a fisherman living on a tiny island off the coast of South america but recognizes the man to be a former New York gangster who has been living on the island, lying low. He discovers the gangster has been working for the Nazis, selling them torpedos, but he doesn't know that the gangster has been rigging them to explode when the German boats go to sea. Mayhem results when each side questions just who the gangster is working for.
Gung ho!: A true life epic that revolves around an exclusive division of the US Marine Corps during WWII, nicknamed "Carlson's Raiders", which was given the perilous task of taking control of a South Pacific Island, now under Japanese command.
The sell out: An action-drama centered on a former CIA operative who grudgingly rejoins the spy game due to the machinations of his one-time student -- a screw up who goes to work for the Soviets.
